ABV 5.5% | 440 ML | DDH PALE ALE | PRESSURE DROP
Parachute is a low bitterness hazy pale with a double-dry hop at 16g/L. The mission for this beer was to create a soft stage for the hops to dance on so they went with Ekuanot, HBC431 & Citra hops for a peachy, melony fruit character. Oats and wheat in the grist give a really lovely soft mouthfeel and Lallemand New England yeast allows the hops to shine and contributes more soft fruitiness.
