It's that time of year again when we brew D.S.B. first brewed in May 2015 to celebrate Dolly's 100th birthday. Every year we've slightly tweaked the recipe, this year we've increased the ABV to 4.8% & listened to you so instead of a cloudy D.S B we've added vegan friendly finings resulting in a traditional clear English ale, slightly fruity with a bitter hop finish!
